Year 6 Parent Workshop - October 2019

In Year 6, we had a go at a range of spooky-themed activities to help get ready for Halloween. The children enjoyed showcasing their creativity when making spider webs with wool and hand skeletons with cotton buds. They also had to put their problem solving skills to the test with some Maths tasks and an engineering challenge in which they had to design and create a trick-or-treat basket using just one paper plate! Finally, the children loved building a miniature candy playground using only sweeties and matchsticks – their imaginative creations were both innovative and delicious!
