Parent Workshops - October 2018

Parent Workshops from Year 2 to Year 6 were very exciting and everyone had a great time.

Year 2 learnt all about Mexico and created Mexican flags, masks and pinatas to celebrate a festival!

In Year 3, the focus was 'Forces' and children investigated objects which were magnetic and made their own fridge magnets.

Year 4 had fun learning about Volcanoes. They made their own models of volcanoes and created chalk drawings of volcanoes erupting!

In Year 5, children made Roman coins out of clay as part of their topic as well as creating mosaic tiles.

Year 6 are learning about Victorians so they looked at the work of the painter Lowry. Using his style, they sketched and painted  images of UK landmarks.
